Returns & Exchanges

How do I return a product?

You can easily return items through your account. For more information, see: Returns.

How long does it take to process my return?

Processing a return takes on average 3-5 business days after receipt at our warehouse.

If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, we recommend that you pause your payment with Klarna to avoid reminder fees while we process your return.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes, we charge a €4.00 fee for returning your order. This helps us cover the costs of processing, packaging, and shipping, and prevents waste.

Which products cannot be returned?

Products such as personal items, hygiene products, or products made especially for you cannot be returned.

Can I exchange products?

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, you can return the original and place a new order.

How do I place an order?

Select your product and click on “Add to cart” .

Go to your shopping cart and click on “Proceed to checkout” .

Enter your details and choose a payment method.

Check your order and click on “Place order” .

You will receive a confirmation email with your order overview.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible at Info@RedUse.nl .

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can also order without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to order faster, view your order history, and easily manage your information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code. You can use this to track the status of your package via the carrier's website.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €3.95.

How long does delivery take?

We will process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days . As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package. The final delivery time depends on the delivery service.

What should I do if my package is lost?

Please contact us at info@reduse.nl . We will contact the carrier to resolve this.

Payment

Can I pay later?

Yes, we offer post-payment via Klarna.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After receiving and approving your return, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
